Khachapuri, as a dish, has a sufficient number of varieties. I want to suggest a recipe for fragrant khachapuri "boat with an egg". The texture of the dough is light and airy, and the filling of several types of cheese perfectly complements the dish and makes it balanced in taste and complete.

Knead the dough well with your hands, adding a little flour if necessary. Roll the resulting dough into a ball and place in a container, previously greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Tighten with cling film or cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave at room temperature for about 40-50 minutes.
Place the boats on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other, lined with baking paper. Bake the khachapuri for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Then carefully remove the khachapuri, press down a little on the cheese filling with a fork and make a depression in the center. Gently beat a chicken egg into each boat.
