Warm milk slightly in the microwave or in a water bath, and then combine with the required amount of warm drinking water. Mix well. Add the required amount of salt and granulated sugar, add dry yeast. Pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Then add the protein of 1 chicken egg to the resulting mass.
Add pre-sifted wheat flour in several steps. When it becomes difficult to knead with a spoon, stir with your hands, adding a little flour if necessary. Roll the dough into a ball and place in a container, previously greased with a little vegetable oil. Tighten the food and leave at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes.
Beat the chicken yolk with a whisk or fork. And then use a silicone brush to grease the sides of the boats. Place the baking sheet with the blanks in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake the khachapuri for about 15-20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the baking sheet, press down slightly on the cheese filling with a fork and make a depression in the center.
