Spoil your loved ones with delicious and aromatic khachapuri stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs. It is easy to prepare. The dough is kneaded with kefir. Curd khachapuri can be fried in a pan or baked in the oven as you like.

Place the prepared dough on the work surface of the table, sprinkled with flour, and roll into a sausage. Then cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin cake. Spread the filling on the tortillas, determining its amount at your discretion. Lift the edges of the cake up and pinch well.
Mash one flat cake with your hands so that the filling is evenly distributed in the middle of the dough. Then gently roll it out with a rolling pin, being careful not to break the integrity, to the size of your frying pan. Heat a dry skillet well and place the khachapuri on top of it. While the cake is fried, prepare the second in the same way, and then all the others. Fry the khachapuri on one side until golden brown.
